ALL EMPLOYED! – Creativity as a Tool for Youth Employment and to promote Entrepreneurship

ALL EMPLOYED! was a four-day training course on the importance of analyzing youth unemployment in the creative sector. The project was targeting new trainers and inexperienced Youth workers or anybody that wanted to strengthen their skills in the social sector using specific Tools in the context of the Youth in Action Program.
The aim of the Training was to bring together youth workers and youth organisations to share experiences and to create new practices to be experimented in their communities in order to have an effect on employability. One of the focus of the Training Course was the use of theatre and arts in the social sector as tools to work with and for Young people.
The project was based on practical work.
20 participants (youth workers, animators, activists, trainers,
volunteers, unemployed etc.) from UK of any nationality.
The project has been funded by British Council.
