Intercultural Menu – a journey in the food diversity

The project analysed diversity through an exploration in different sites in UK using Media and Documentary.
The participants researched different recipes of different food in UK and will create a documentary about it. The main aims of the project were to develop video and multimedia materials through the YiA programme to promote youth and different cultures in Britain. The main project activities included: six days of visits and video shootings in different locations.
